Based in Sydney, Sean Unwin has an extensive financial and administrative leadership background. His work with FWTI as managing director brings together investors spanning Australia and the UAE, a role in which he channels capital toward compelling property development opportunities. Sean Unwin has spearheaded the creation of unique debt and equity capital structures tailored to business expansion in international markets.

Having served as senior auditor with Deloitte in the early 1990s, Mr. Unwin held various positions with Hudson (Formerly Morgan & Banks) from 1998 to 2004. As a commercial strategy manager, he undertook business analysis that incorporated elements such as customer profitability and key revenue drivers. He set in place pricing models for optimized product and services delivery, and oversaw the strategic execution of large-scale change projects.

Mr. Unwin has also held executive responsibilities with the property development and hotel management group Geocon. With Geocon, he attained $5 million in interest savings on projected lending via debt-funding negotiations with financiers. Sean Unwin also oversaw the financial and commercial contracts associated with three complex development joint ventures involving major property developers.
